This page explains the categories of data Gamma Signal collects, why we use them, and the controls available to users.
We collect account information you provide directly, such as your email address, login credentials, billing details, and support messages. We also store workspace content needed to run the service, including watchlists, thesis notes, alert preferences, notification enrollments, and related workflow metadata.
We may collect technical data such as IP address, browser or device details, session identifiers, request metadata, and operational logs to secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
We use personal and workspace data to provide the product, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver notifications, respond to support requests, enforce product limits, and improve product quality and safety.
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as infrastructure, authentication, payment, and email delivery vendors, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We retain data for as long as necessary to operate the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When accounts are deleted, we remove or de-identify data unless retention is required for security, billing, or legal reasons.
