Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of Gamma Signal as a research workflow and monitoring platform.

1. Scope

By accessing or using Gamma Signal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service description

Gamma Signal provides software for investment research workflow, company monitoring, thesis tracking, alerts, and related analytics. The service is not brokerage, investment advisory, portfolio management, or trade execution infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it when it changes.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted components, or use the platform in violation of applicable law, market-data restrictions, or internal compliance obligations.

5. Billing and renewals

Paid subscriptions, if any, renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing, billing interval, taxes, and plan limits are shown at purchase or on the applicable pricing page or order form. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and related content, is owned by Gamma Signal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal purposes.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the platform. You grant Gamma Signal the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. See the Disclaimer for important limitations relating to analysis, data quality, and investment use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma Signal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify the service, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time.
